Softcreate is the number one e-commerce (EC) construction company in the Japanese market.

The Japanese EC market is highly attractive, and substantial growth potential remains untapped. EC penetration in Japan is only 2.5%, compared with 4.3% in the United States. As such, the Japanese EC market is expected to continue growing at a rate of around 10% per year for the foreseeable future.

Softcreate is the overwhelming leader in the Japanese EC field with a 50% share of the market. We have received high praise from many of Japan's top companies, and to date our software has been installed in over 600 Japanese companies both medium-sized and large.

Softcreate still lacks name recognition in the stock market, however, especially among overseas investors. As management, we are not satisfied with our current stock value, and believe we need to further enhance our PR activities in Japan as well as overseas.

In addition to strengthening our position in the EC construction market, we also intend to achieve substantial growth in the EC solutions field, including meeting needs for sales promotion services in EC.
